The root vegetable cassava – similar in looks to a sweet potato – is commonly eaten across Africa and because its flour is naturally gluten-free, it finds its way into a host of “free from” products. The BBC’s Vumani Mkhize meets the young entrepreneurs in Kenya looking to cash in on the crop.
