Thousands of US brides-to-be have been left in limbo after dressmaker Alfred Angelo filed for bankruptcy.The company closed its 60 stores without warning. It also supplies dresses to 1,400 other stores.In a statement on its website, the company apologised for the “inconvenience and hardship” caused. It said updates on orders could be provided via email.
