Why is Tanzania importing coconuts?

Tanzania is Africa’s biggest producers of coconuts and tenth in the world. But recently production has declined and it is now being forced to import them from neighbouring countries. The BBC’s Sammy Awami finds out why production is struggling and what can be done about it.
